For most people, they will likely come across a company like this one and see nothing wrong with them.
After all, with Zmartbit, they claim to be the first business model with American technology. However, how true is that? And are there underlying secrets that they are not sharing with us.

What Is Zmartbit?
Zmartbit is a claimed to be MLM that entered into pre-launch towards the tail end of 2019.
They are a platform where you can invest in cryptocurrency and earn money through by what there owners.
But what is really going on is they are a company that is built on you recruiting other people in, essentially set up like a pyramid scheme.
Now I was listening to the owner and what he brought up was how what Zmartbit is offering is training that will educate people on cryptocurrency, this is actually through there Crypto University training.
However, this is similar to other programs like Easy1up and Up2Give.
This is what’s offered to distract people from whats the real focus, and that is the recruiting and make sure they comply with FTC. Otherwise, they would be shut down.
Who Is Behind The Operations?
When the company first got its go-ahead, and there wasn’t too much information about who was in charge.
However, since then, their site has changed, and there is now a face to go with ZmartBit, which is William Flores.
This guy is someone who graduated from college at UCLA in California with a BA in business and started to get into network marketing after seeing how much potential there was.
He has been in the network marketing industry for over 17 years now and wants to ‘educate’ people on cryptocurrency and help people make money.
Now what I have just said there is mostly from him as in a recent interview, he explained what the intentions were behind the company.
Zmartbit Compensation Plan
Getting started with Zmartbit isn’t cheap, with new affiliates required to fork out $260 to join up. They are awarded with commissions from then onwards when they recruit more people to the company.
With it being a matrix-based pyramid scheme, which means you will earn money when other people do the same thing.
So if you purchase a position within the matrix, you will then get paid if someone replicates that.
It’s very similar to cash gifting, where you put money forward with the intention of getting it back.
This is one of the main reasons why these schemes never last as once the recruitment dies down along with the hype.
The amount of money made decreases. To put it bluntly, the business model is weak but works for those who are at the top of the pyramid.
Now lets breakdown how recruits get paid.
It all starts with a 4×10 matrix, where you get paid commissions on each recruit.
An affiliate will start at the top with four positions below them.
On the second level, there are four positions on each, to make a total of 16 people.
On the third level, it is split up again, with 16 on each and 64 in total.
From the 4th level onwards, Zmartbit will continue to add on new positions.
The amount an affiliate gets paid for a recruit depends on whereabouts in the matrix they are.
If you are on level 1, you can get $125 per recruit.
To unlock more tiers that will give you access to more commissions you must pay more money. To get to the last tier, you must invest around $42,000.
For the commissions and with Zmartbit revolved around cryptocurrencies, you will get paid via Bitcoin.
What You Must Know About Zmartbit
Now I know there is an education platform that they claim teaches people about crypto.
However, for the most part, and like most education programs that are tied in with these kinds of schemes like Ascira, it is useless.
What you are presented to your face is an opportunity to make money by recruiting more people into it. The more you get signed up under you, who also pay the $260 fee, the more you can earn.
The only issue is that this is scammy and dodgy and not something I recommend.
Along with the fact that they are a pyramid scheme, there is no other way for new users to make money with a huge focus on recruiting.
Is Zmartbit Legit?
I think at this point, it’s clear that Zmartbit is a pyramid scheme, and while at first, it’s not clear to know what they are about, just by doing some digging, you quickly find out what’s happening.
The cycle is a neverending one of someone joining, getting another person to join, and then them getting someone else to join. Not only will you probably not make any money, but you will probably lose a lot.
The worst part is that in order to carry on making money you need to pay massive sums to unlock other tiers.
This is a good enough reason to stay away from all matrix pyramid schemes and not just Zmartbit.
So if you are on the hunt for an opportunity to create an online business, let me tell you this company is not it, nor is this business model because, honestly, it sucks.

It was very one-sided; I gave money to the MLM; however, in return, I got nothing back.
