With the huge success of apps such as TikTok and Instagram, never has short form content been so popular.
However while you may sit there enjoying the videos in your spare time.
It turns that there could be an opportunity for you to get way more then just some laughs and entertainment.
This is because of an app called VibeTik that I recently came across, which so far is making some bald claims.
These being that you can make lots of money through watching videos on there app.
Just has you would imagine through making these promises, this app has been trending recently.
But by setting these high expectations, are they actually able to deliver on them.
After all I have seen a many apps like this that have simply become another facade.
So if you are determined like me to find the answer keep reading as I delve deeper into what this app is about.

What Is VibeTik?
So what is VibeTik? Well, it’s described by the owners as a money-making video software where you can get paid to watch videos.
The app developers who go by Rainbow Dream, have accumulated over 100 thousand installs.
But unlike apps like TikTok, which feature the same kind of videos to scroll through.
VibeTik are saying you can earn $300 by watching videos.
Which I must say does sound way too good to be true and as you are about to find out, could be with good reason with what we’ve found on them.
How Does VibeTik Work?
With VibeTik available on Google Play you can download and start trying to earn virtual currency with it.
Just like advertised within the advert.
Now once you open up the app for the first time, you will collect a 2000 welcome coin bonus.
Normally with established apps this would be a great little boost to start.
But with the uncertainty that may come with VibeTik’s pay-outs, this has chance to have no value at all.
So when you get past this, you are thrown straight into the main dashboard for the app.
Here you will see the meat and bread of VibeTik, that is a video, game and gift section.
All of which can be used to earn coins to put towards a cash out, that I will talk about later on within this VibeTik app review.
But to touch upon each of the features lets first start with the main one that is getting people to download the app in the first place.
Short Form Videos
This is the videos, which from first glance seem to just be YouTube shorts.
As you watch these however you will start filling a counter in the top left corner.
Which once full you can collect by simply tapping on it.
Doing this will trigger the following pop up as shown below.
As you can see you have the option to double your earnings.
However that comes at the cost of an advert.
Something you won’t be able to escape while collecting your rewards, as these will keep coming up.
Games
Next up on the features to earn we have games.
Now unlike a good portion of the apps I have reviewed that pay you to play games, this one doesn’t require you to download further ones.
That is because VibeTik features various mini games that you can crack on with.
One thing I noticed though, which seems common throughout the app, is that there doesn’t seem to be something in place that tracks your game time.
In fact with the counter I spoke about in the video section, it fills up regardless of whether your playing a game or not.
Which basically gives you the impression that you don’t actually need to ‘try’ and earn, in order to earn.
Almost as if just being on the app and watching the various ads is good enough for the developers of VibeTik.
Gift
Last up we have the gift feature, where as I alluded to at the start of the review you can attempt to earn some sweet prizes.
Items such as expensive watches, iPhones, iPads, TV’s you name it can be worked towards by collecting various jigsaw puzzles.
This is not unique to VibeTik, has many games of this sort have integrated this same feature into there games.
Its worth knowing this is not even to give you as a player, an additional way to get even more rewards.
Instead this is a way in which the developers can squeeze even more revenue out of its users.
Lightning Fast Payouts With VibeTik?
So far out of VibeTik’s promises in there adverts, they have failed to deliver on them all.
This theme continues with the instant payouts, which they seemed to make very clear that they offer.
However this is certainly not the case.
Which will only frustrate any users who try to cash out with the app.
You see when you go to withdraw your earnings, they tell you to wait 3 days for your payment.
In fact you start seeing at timer that is ticking down from 72 hours.
Which when you think about is quite odd.
No other legitimate apps will literally put a fixed time on your payment.
Instead they will say it can take up to a day or two for you to get paid, and you will typically then get paid at a random time within that period.
So again this is an area of VibeTik that doesn’t quite add up or give you much reason to trust them.
Now for some users, they may carry on using the app to get more payouts, especially since as you can see above the minimum threshold is $500.
An amount that takes about 5 minutes to reach, despite the plethora of ads.
However you can expect to face the same frustrations of silly waiting times.
This of course would be completely fine if they paid out.
But the next thing I am going to talk to you about, does not fill you with any confidence.
Fancy Prizes: Real or Just a Hook?
If there is one thing that shone from the adverts that VibeTik promote is the shiny new watch on someone’s wrist and another person holding up a iPhone.
Well I say that as if that is directly from VibeTik and they are users who have benefited from the app.
But knowing how these apps work, you can never really trust the source of the clips.
Especially since I have seen the appearance of Mr Beast and Elon Musk in videos.
Now saying that, these amazing prizes that are promised are just as straightforward to attain.
Not only is the chances of you receiving them really low.
But to even get the opportunity to redeem them on the app is too.
With the gift section of the app I was talking about earlier, its all about collecting puzzle pieces.
However as you collect them, do everything they say, watch the adverts they put in front of you, you will experience diminishing returns on these.
To the point where you will never be able to finish a full set of any of these luxurious prizes that they tease you with.
It seems like more of a hook to reel in hopeful users of VibeTik rather than genuine prize announcements.
VibeTIk: A Scam in Disguise?
The bottomline when it comes to VibeTik is if you want to watch funny videos without the stress, I would stick to platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
Where you don’t need to even get caught up in the issues of where is my payouts at.
But if you are someone who does want to earn money using money making apps, that can still be possible, I would recommend you to use these ones here instead as they are run by established companys with a track record of paying.
Unfortunatley VibeTik just has way too make red flags about them, and quite frankly the whole app just gives me bad vibes, in the sense that you feel like you are being taken advantage of by the owners of the app.
You can almost see right through it, just by the way they try to manipulate your actions within the app, from getting you into the thinking that you are being rewarded through to requesting a reward and having to wait 3 days for it.
Its a case of that dangling carrot, where the owners control you as long as you still want to earn with them.
So my advice is to bin them off and stick to those that do pay and aren’t going to have you running in circles.
