Welcome to my full Spin Day app review.
The idea of doing a few spins and getting a cash reward would appeal to many.
If you have some slots and someone said you don’t have to pay money per spin you do, well some would bite your handoff.
The gambling industry is massive these days but you will rarely see opportunities where you can gamble without any upfront money involved.
In this Spin Day app review, I am making it my aim to show you how it works and whether earnings can profit from using it.
Table of Contents
What Is Spin Day About?
Spin Day is a free cash app where apparently you can get paid $10 to click a button on some spins.
Each day you get some free spins and if you match a symbol three times you will get a prize.
They are owned by Viker who have similarly themed apps, which include Scratch Day. The app itself is similar to Lucky Go and Lucky Plinko.
As you may have figured that one pays you to scratch (scratchcards) instead.
The app itself is fairly new on the market but have over 500K in installs.
Who Can Use It?
You must be 18 years old to use the app, it won’t let you on after you’ve installed unless you have confirmed it.
There isn’t too much in the way I’ve signed up as I was able to start spinning shortly after opening it up.
You can win rewards without making an account, but if you want to save how much you have earned or see what your other friends are getting up to then you can log in with Facebook.
How Do The Slots Work?
On the app, you have a range of slots to play.
These consist of:
- Egyptian Escape
- Space Spinner
- Tibetan Tilt
- Cookie Crumbs
- Disco Deckhead
- Viking Vault
- Volcanic Venture
You can also see some of them in the image below.
For each slot you do you will be given 5 spins for a chance to win the jackpot.
Above the slot you will see the symbol you need to match to get the jackpot which will also be shown.
If you match any of the other ones three times then you will still win, in this case you can get either cash or tokens.
Do Spin Day Pay?
With the two currencies, you have more than one way to cash out.
With the cash that you earn, you can get a PayPal payment but only when you have $10.
For tokens you will need 5 million tokens to get $5, this is also paid through PayPal.
With tokens, it is a grind to get that amount. So you will have to spend numerous hours doing the spins to build that up.
What I Am A Fan Off
The Spin Day app doesn’t have many good pros to it. In order to find some, I had to put the earning aspect aside as I will get more into that later.
1. Nothing To Lose But Time
If you are a fan of slots then you may find enjoyment in a game like this. If this you then the reward options will just be a bonus.
However, while Spin Day is legit by definition and the spins could potentially be fun there’s still better out there.
The reason so many apps are free is because of either advertising or in-app purchases. In this case, they do put far too many ads for someone like me to get any use out of it.
2. Friends Competition
If you remove the earning aspect one of the few good takeaways is that you can see how you fare up with your mates.
Connecting to Facebook allows you to see other people’s progress which is cool. But not the sole reason to download Spin Day.
What I Am Not A Fan Off
1. Looks Fixed
Now I am always skeptical about opportunities like this mainly because all the ones I have reviewed have a degree of ‘fix’ to them.
What I mean by that it is it looks like and this is because I haven’t seen any payment proofs that only so many people can get paid.
Over time users may earn a few dollars and will get closer to that $10 threshold.
However, the closer people get to getting paid the more unlikely they will get the extra dollar for a cash out.
So even though so many people are earning $9.50 which is on the verge of a payout the chance then of getting the remaining $0.50 is very high.
The app is monetized completely through ads so they are in it to get as much of as possible by keeping you playing.
So they are giving you as much as they can without actually paying you hence why $0.50 is given to every user.
Given to every user
However, while some people will think they have won that through luck the introductory 5 spins pay out the same for everyone.
This review I found in the store explains what I am talking about.
What’s concerning about that review is that the support didn’t address the complaints directly. Nor did they suggest contacting the support team in private.
Saying its ‘always possible’ isn’t answering the problem that users and many others are having with earning so much straightaway then not so much after.
2. More and Some More Ads
Similar to the Big Time Cash App I reviewed recently Viker wants to get every drop of ad revenue out of you.
Unfortunately and for those of you who play for fun, it leaves you with a poor experience.
After doing the first slot I did try some of the others as soon as the five spins were used I would need to watch a 30-second video.
At points, it can feel like your watching TV at home with the interruption.
3. The Token System Is Bad
Unless you are in it for the long haul, which would be from cashing out tokens you likely aren’t going to win anything.
It is possible to get tokens and actually get paid so by that account it makes them legit.
However…
You will need at least 5 million tokens so when you consider I only got around 4000 tokens from my first 3 spins, one of which I didn’t get any.
It makes you wonder what kind of app there running. To say it would take you months to get paid would be an understatement as well.
4. Copied Concept
This model has been copied multiple times I mean just look at Knife Bounty and Lucky Money App, these are classic examples.
They do so well and when you see the numbers each of these apps are bringing in you can see why that is.
Because anything with ‘free’ money is going to interest so many people. Its with these apps do the alarm bells ring the loudest.

Is It Worth The Effort?
Just like all the other apps some of which I have mentioned the intention is clear and rightly so.
Viker has made an app that benefits them more than others and to all those who want to get a few dollars, well they will most likely be disappointed.
The whole relying on luck isn’t a great way to go about it especially when it comes to money.
You could do the lottery and hope to win big but being real you will be better off creating your own luck.
Whether that is building an online business or creating some side hustles for yourself.
You can’t wait for things to come to you, you have to go to them as cliche as that may sound.
Now if you want to earn some easy money, I say easy because anyone can do it, then you can join these reward sites.
Tasks like surveys, watching a video or two, and even searching the web are some of the ways you can earn real cash, as opposed to non-existent money with Spin Day.
You won’t earn thousands but with the hours you could potentially waste with Spin Day these sites will give you a better return for time.
That brings us to the end of this Spin Day app review. What do you think about them? Reckon they are worth it?
Whatever you think, do let me know in the comments section below 🙂

Definitely might be worth a try. Sounds fun anyway. Do you know anyone who has won or heard of anyone? I would definitely have to see some winners before spending that much time with very little results. But still you never know. This is a very in depth review. Please keep us informed on any other apps you may encounter that are on the up and up. Thank you for keeping us aware of these type of business ventures.
After I went through your post, I discovered Spin Day to be legit. Well, this is another way of earning little money. Just like you’ve stated, I don’t like apps that flaunts ads to me. I know that they do this because they offer free service. But it leaves a poor experience on the users.
I’ll check out your recommendation of earning money through reward sites. I will like to see how much I can earn compare to this app.
Exactly Kell, you would think that user experience would be important but to be honest most apps like this care more about revenue.
