Going out Fishing maybe with a mate or even your dad can not only be nice and chill but can make a great day out.
So when I saw a game named Relax Fishing and also claims to pay out money to users, I was thinking to myself there is no way you can go wrong here.
But when it comes to making money, it’s not always easy contrary to the title of this game, and can be tiring and a grind. However, what the owners of this game are saying is that you can win real money.
I would love for it to be true, but it never seems to be. So with that said and with you likely being here to find out the truth behind Relax Fishing, let’s get into the post.

What Is Relax Fishing?
Relax Fishing is advertised as a game where you can allegedly make actual money fishing.
Not only do they claim this, but in the advert, it shows someone controlling an in-game fisherman putting a fishing rod into the sea and picking up money.
By the time he had pulled his rod out of the water, he had accumulated over $250. Now it would just be great if you could get paid for doing this, but that does seem far too easy.

The game is advertised not only in the advert but on the store as Relax Fishing, but when starting the game in the opening credits, you see the name ‘Fish For Money.’ It also states this name from the installed apps on your phone.
I had to double-check that I had installed the right game, but it seems that there are two names for the app, which is both odd and confusing.
Anyway, the game is by Charlottemqd, and so far, over 100 thousand people have installed the game.
There are other variations of the game out there, which, if it weren’t for the name change, you would think are made by the same developers.
I have checked out Happy Fishing a long time ago and, more recently, Cat Island.
How Does Relax Fishing Work?
The game consists of you controlling a fish rod has who you go down through the waters.
As you go down, you will see a mixture of fish along with the odd PayPal reward in there too.
The aim of it all is very simple, and that is to collect fish and money.
Do that, and you will earn cash that will be added to your balance.
What you will have is a meter. You need to press the screen, so it lands in the yellow. The better timing, the easier it will be to pick up fish.
There is something called energy, which means you can only throw the rod in the water so many times.
You have 30 at first, you then get one back every 20 seconds, though.
The last feature to talk about is doing upgrades. These will help you get the most fish out of the sea.
There are three pieces of equipment you can upgrade, including the length of the rod, strength, and the earnings per fish.
How To Make Money With Relax Fishing?
As I alluded to earlier, you will find the money in the sea.
You need to look out for PayPal cards, which, if you pick, you will get cash.
The first couple that I retrieved, I got $20 in total for.
But I do expect this amount to go down as the only reason they are paying so high because the minimum threshold is so high.
As well you can gain money by doing upgrades.
For instance, when I upgraded the length of the rope from 10 to 50 meters, I collected $8.96.
But and I know I talk about how I collected all these amounts, you must know that I won’t actually be receiving any of this money.
That’s because, as I am about to talk about, there is a threshold in place.
I have had actually been paid every cent given to me. I would probably be rich.
That just shows you how much these apps give you at first.
But in the end, it’s worth nothing unless the developer behind the game actually pays out.
How Do They Pay?
I have noticed that games are becoming more comfortable with higher thresholds.
It started at $10, made its way to $100, which is high, and now we’re at a stage where every game is making you earn $200.
This is the case with Relax Fishing, as you need to earn $200 to get any money sent to you.
They say that they pay you through PayPal; however, until you see it happen, it’s hard to believe.
What You Need To Know
A few months ago, there was a game launched called Fish For Money. It had many people surging to download it to try and get some money. However, in the end, that was shown to be a scam, and the developers took the game down.
The name of the company behind the game was GalateevDev. I tried to find them on the app store and couldn’t.
Now my thinking is that the people involved with that game are also involved with Relax Fishing. Why I say that is because, within the game, Fish For Money is mentioned a lot and not only that the logos are near enough the same.
So chances are is that this is a re-released game but just under a new name so that they can catch people are guard.
This is very suspicious, and I would not recommend getting involved with this game if you want to earn money, as they probably won’t pay out and, just like before, will likely be taken down.
Conclusion
One thing is for sure something shady is going on with Relax Fishing, and because of that, I would not suggest downloading it.
There was a lot of hyper with the previous game before it was taken down, and there is evidence to show that this game is the same one.
Signs such as a new developer, the game having the same name, logo, and gameplay do suggest that this is true.
Either way, I have seen enough with this app to know that users will be not getting there time rewarded. It’s just another game designed to get users sitting through as many ads so that they can bring in that ad revenue.
