Welcome to my Number Wars app review!
After seeing an advert where a grandma said you could make money the easy way by playing Number Wars, I had to check it out.
This game doesn’t have too many installs in comparison to the big money-making games. However, the promotional videos for the game can be found everywhere.
What caught my attention was one ad with a grandma, saying I could earn money easily by playing this game.
I don’t if she is the owner, someone who plays the game herself, but there is definitely something fishy going on with the game.
So today, I will be talking about Number Wars. I will explain why it isn’t easy and why getting paid is not likely through this game.

Number Wars App Review Summary
- Owner: sugar sweet sugar
- What Are They?: Number Game
- My Worth It Rating: 1/5
What Is Number Wars?
Number Wars is a game made by super sweet sugar that currently has 50 thousand installs.
But from all those installs, the reviews aren’t looking too good.
The game is supposed to be quite fun. However, the rating is 1.8 out of 5.
Now that doesn’t look great at all!
This rating is because a lot of people are reporting not being sent payments.
If a company promised to pay me, and I didn’t receive it, I would be frustrated too, so that you can understand it.
I have reviewed similar games to Number Wars, you have … , … and … .
How Does It Work?
This is a number game where you swipe across squares.
Just like shown in the screenshot, you start with number one and ascend.
That example is level one, so it’s super straightforward.
But when you do complete the introductory level, you get $46.17, which is pictured below also.
Now because each level only requires you to make one swipe, you will collect money fast.
Maybe too fast, because after a few minutes, my balance was showing $243.82.
They are generous with the virtual cash because, as you can see, I am only on level 9.
This means I have made literally nine swipes of the screen to get three figures.
Each of the levels is really easy to start with too, so it will literally take you minutes.
Can I Make Genuine Money?
For every level, you will get money. This is virtual only.
That means it is only a number in the game.
It is a bit like playing a game on the store where you collect gems, you can’t cash it out, and it stays in the game.
Number Wars just the money aspect to trick people into thinking they can cash it out and receive it.
However, it’s not the case since the money isn’t real.
Think of it like this, you see earlier, I made over $200 in about 5 minutes and less than 10 levels.
Now, who would actually pay me that amount of money to play this game?
So far, I have found no game that does, and any game that claims you either of the following is lying to you:
- Cashout instantly
- Receive free money on the login
- Make $100s
Most games nowadays make all of those three claims. However, there is no way that they can actually do any of them.
If 50 thousand people like me do exactly what I did and reach level 10, which isn’t hard to do, then how on earth can they pay.
The developers would make a significant loss. They would essentially be giving millions out for free.
What Are Users Saying About Number Wars
Now I was surprised to see that Number Wars fully released their game.
Because they can use all their tactics and trick their users while also stopping them from leaving reviews.
To do that, developers put their games into early access.
The game still works like if it was launched fully. It just means that they cant get negative feedback.
Since this isn’t present, users have been leaving their say on Number Wars, and the reviews are mostly bad, hence the 1.8 stars.
Reviewer #1
Here is what one person had to say:
The game is clearly enjoyable to play, but people are playing it for the money.
That user is talking about how he requested a payment having reached the threshold.
However, despite it saying Number Wars had sent one, there was no payment to be shown.
The reason seems to be clear as the company is not sending any, to begin with.
Reviewer #2
I also found this review from another user.
This person was echoing a lot of what other people are saying for the game.
Again the app was saying that the payment was successfully sent.
However, again like the first person, there was none to be seen.
At this point, you should see a pattern with these so-called payments being sent out.
Conclusion
At points, while playing Number Ways, you are led to believe you will get paid.
This is due to the big amounts they give you while playing, which doesn’t decrease as you play.
Because of this, users can collect thousands within the game that, unfortunately, aren’t withdrawable.
So the reality is that it doesn’t matter if you reach the threshold or not, as ultimately, no payments will be sent out to you.
This is shown with the feedback I shared earlier, as they were just two of many people who have requested rewards yet haven’t received anything.
If you are going through the same experience as the people leaving feedback for this game, I urge you not to pursue a payment because it won’t happen.
You will waste both time and energy by doing so since your fighting a losing battle.
What Do I Recommend?
Number Wars is nothing like what is promoted, which sucks since so many people are playing this game thinking big rewards are waiting for them.
It goes without saying this game is a joke. However, not all games are dodgy or will mislead you.
As with any earning opportunity out there, you have the good and genuine ones, and you have ones like we have talked about today.
Now I have made a list of games that payout real money that fit in the latter, which means if you do put time into them, you will make money.
You won’t be making $15 at every level, but it’s still possible to pick up rewards. For some of these games, you also get the option of getting cash and gift cards too.
Alternatively you have the option of reward sites and apps, to go through.
