Money Well App Review: Easily Earn Money Playing Games?

Welcome to my Money Well app review.

The goal for many of us is to build up an extra source of income, whether that be from playing games or doing other extra tasks.

It’s likely the reason you have found your way to this post right now.

But with so many different apps trying to fool you by saying you can earn easy cash and then never following through, it can be hard to give your trust to developers.

For someone like me who has reviewed over 200 games, I sometimes forget that legitimate opportunities do exist, as from the games I have checked out, about 90 per cent aren’t what they make out to be.

However, recently I did come across this app called Money Well claiming to pay out, and my initial impressions were good.

They don’t seem to over hype the amount you can earn, and they have set up a solid way for someone to earn through using their app, which is something most games on the market don’t.

This leaves you and me with only a few questions left, how exactly does it work, do they pay, and if so, how much can you really earn.

Well, for this post, I have put this app to the test, so you know what to expect before even downloading it on your phone.

What Is Money Well?

MoneyWell is an app that very simply pays you for playing other games on the app store.

These are games that are sponsored and partnered with Money Well, and as you play them for certain time periods, you can earn rewards for doing so.

It was released on the 3rd of March and has been downloaded over 1 million times in just two months.

Very similar to games like Mistplay and Coin Pop, there is also plenty of good feedback where people have received various gift cards and even cash.

However there are some not so genuine games that are using this concept to fool people, this includes a game called Cool Games, which I reviewed and don’t recommend.

How Does Money Well Work?

Just like the games I mentioned above, it works a lot like a few other existing play to earn games out there.

The concept is very familiar but also easy to get to grips with.

So what they do is they offer you several different games. These can be found on the dashboard, as you can see below.

When you then install them and try them out, the developers will track your time and then pay you for it.

If you look closely, you will also see a number and under it ticket/min.

The number is how much you get, and tickets are the currency Money Well use, which can be converted for rewards once you have earned enough tickets.

How To Make Money With Money Well?

Now in the above photo, you can see I picked out Klondike Adventures.

Mainly because it was the only available game to earn from at the time.

However, since using that game to test out Money Well, I have been offered more games.

So it does look like gradually, over time, more opportunities come your way, and you can choose from different types of games.

Moving back, though, once you choose a game, you need to click on it and go install it on your phone.

If you already play it and have it downloaded, then you can skip this step.

If not, you want to get the game and then simply open up.

The rest is very easy. As you play the game, you will get notifications on a minute basis, letting you that you have earned tickets.

Now, unfortunately, how apps like Money Well work is you will get fewer tickets the more you play.

So if at the start you are getting 200 or so a minute, you will eventually be earning only a few per minute.

When that happens, you typically need to choose another game to play.

The idea here is that game developers get people to play and test their games.

Double Reward Referral Program

As you can read there, there is a further opportunity, and this comes with the referral program.

Interestingly enough, it works just like coin pop. That is because, like that app, you can gain in two different ways.

You have tickets given to you when you simply refer someone to Money Well but also extra tickets as your referrals test out different games on the app.

How this works is you get given 25 per cent of what one of your mates or referrals earns.

How Do They Pay?

The payout system with Money Well is excellent because not only do they have a number of payout options, but payments are fast.

For the lowest amount, which is £0.50, you only need 6399 coins, which can be done shortly after downloading the app.

This is for the PayPal option, but you also have the choice of Amazon, iTunes, Starbucks and Zalando.

Some of them have slightly different thresholds. However, all are more than within your reach.

When redeeming a reward for the first time, you do need to verify yourself.

You can do this by taking a selfie of yourself and uploading it to the app.

What You Need To Know About

1. Easy But Not Sustainable

This type of opportunity was one of the first I came across online years ago.

The only problem is that while they pay quickly and are super easy, to begin with, they aren’t that sustainable.

In order to make a fair amount of money, let’s say an extra 50 pounds a month, you need new games every day.

However, what happens is that while games are added, lots aren’t added all the time.

You’re basically relying on new ones because, as I mentioned above, playing the same game will eventually become pointless because the payout will be really low.

2. Everyone Get’s Paid

With the games where they say you can get $50-$500 for signing up, they never pay.

And that is because those amounts of money aren’t feasible and realistically can’t be paid to thousands of people for simply joining.

However, with Money Well, they give you 5555 coins requiring you to earn a further 888 to get paid.

It means everyone can get paid within about 5 minutes of joining.

There is no catch which is brilliant. You just have to launch up the app and play a game for a few minutes to have enough to redeem £0.50.

On the day I reviewed this game, which would be a few days before this post goes live, I attempted to redeem the lowest reward, which I spoke about earlier.

The reason why was to hopefully get some proof to you that they are paying and that someone could essentially get free money for investing a small amount of time into the game.

Well, I have just got paid, albeit £0.50, but here is the screenshot of the money being sent to me.

Conclusion

Money Well offers a way to earn money that will help lots of people get rewarded for playing some cool games on their phone.

As spoken, it’s not the most consistent income source, nor will it be the most sustainable, as games being added all the time isn’t a guarantee.

However, the main aspect is that this game pays, and even if it means downloading it and getting that free £0.50 and then uninstalling the game, you are able to gain out of it.

There are plenty of games that will give you bonuses when you start the game but not actually give them to you. This is mostly down to the fact that the amounts of too high anyway.

But it is refreshing to see an app that is genuine and is establishing trust with its users by paying fair and giving different ways of withdrawing their earnings.
