Welcome to my Merge Animals Max app review!
I first came across the developer responsible for this game a few months ago.
Now I remember at the time it was their first game they released which was very popular due to the claim that people could convert their tokens on the app for real-life money.
While there was a lot of popularity when it was first launched, there are tons of people playing it today,
With these people, they wonder if this game is any good and if you can make money with it.
So, as a result, I have had a look into this new animal-themed game to inform you on what to expect if you play them.
I’ll also explain what they are, why the developers made a copy of their other game, and answer other frequently asked questions.

What Is Merge Animals Max?
Merge Animals Max is a game where animals are racing against each other.
While it’s described like that, it isn’t as fancy or as interesting as it sounds.
Really it’s just a merging game, but the race element is all about upgrading animals so that you can earn more coins.
This is generally the same concept for most merge type games on the store.
As I was saying at the start of the post, the developers have two essentially the same games.
The only difference is that one is apparently is an ‘updated version.
But it still means that it’s hard to differentiate the two because both games have identical names.
If you want to check out other money-making games around animals I have done reviews on you can check out:
Changing Attention From ‘Kingdom’ To ‘Max’
In April 2021, they released the Merge Animal Kingdom app, which did quite well in numbers, accumulating well over 500 thousand installs.
But the selling point was turning in coins you got from the game for cash, and because no one was getting paid, the reviews suffered quite substantially.
That game now sits at a low score of 2.2 out of 5 stars, and the reputation, therefore, quite bad.
Almost everyone is complaining about waiting months and still not getting paid or frustrated at various glitches.
So as a result, the owners released a new version of the game, with minor changes.
Now games on the app store, especially ones like this where the owners only do it for money, are different to ones you play on a console.
That is because developers will almost abandon previous games they have made. After all, there isn’t much money to make with it.
What they will do is create a brand new game, which in this case consists of a different race track, name, icon and most importantly, with comments disabled.
Reviews are used throughout the app store, has not only is it good for feedback, but other interested users can see hopefully positive reviews that will encourage them to play it.
However, Merge Kingdom Max’s owners knowing that users will want to write negative reviews because they aren’t paying the. Ass a result, they put in early access with disables the commenting feature.
How Does Merge Animals Max Work?
This game is all about animals and them running around a racing track.
Now every time an animal you have run all around the track, you get coins.
Almost like in Monopoly, where you get money for passing go, it’s the same here.
To begin with, you get basic animals that earn you a few coins per second.
However, as you acquire more animals and upgrade them up, you will earn increasing amounts per second.
As with a typical merging game, you use what you earn to then invest it back in the game.
So let us say you have a Frog that is level 2, and you want to upgrade it to level 3.
You would want to get it up to that level as quick as possible, even if it means spending all your coins so that you can then make it back faster.
The game is easy to get a grip off, and the graphics plus gameplay are all okay with this one too.
How To Make Money?
Not to be confused with coins, which you get from the animals running around the track, there is a currency that is tokens.
These are accumulated regularly as you play, and you will be given them when you make upgrade levels.
Now whether your tokens actually mean anything depends on the device you have.
This is because I found that some people, including myself, couldn’t locate the payment section, which shows all the thresholds.
This means that some people before they have even started, can’t even attempt to make money.
How Do They Pay?
When you start, you are given a couple of thousand tokens, which are worth cents.
However, if you keep playing long enough, you will start to pick them up fairly easily.
In my instance, I was able to earn 30000 tokens within a few clicks.
Whether that decreases in time, I am yet to find out. However, most games do have diminishing rewards.
If you though have a way to cash out, you should see some options.
That includes PayPal, GCash, Dana, Visa, Mastercard and a few others.
Thresholds for those sources start at $100 and go up to $200.
Conclusion
Merge Animals Max doesn’t play too bad. The game is fun to begin with, and I can only imagine the animals are cool to collect as you merge them.
But however contrary to the word in the developer’s name, persevering with this game will likely lead to disappointment because they don’t payout or frustration with the many glitches or your balance is reset.
So when you consider how the first game of thiers was released in April 2021, and ever since then, they have had abysmal reviews, it doesn’t look promising at all.
Playing the game seems like a massive headache, and it looks like there aren’t too many plans to pay any time soon, so for that reason, I don’t recommend the game.
