Welcome to my Gem Planet Merger app review.
The recent trend of making money apps is all about earning rewards for games such as Free Fire.
With many users intrigued by the idea of getting free in-app purchases, there are plenty of people flogging to these apps.
This game is claiming that by playing with gems, you can redeem 10000 diamonds without paying any money.
However, will the app make it easy for you and give these to you?
Or will they make it hard work and potentially not give anything to their users?
In this post, I answer both of those questions and any others you have on this game.

Gem Planet App Review Summary

- My Worth It Rating: 1/5
What Is Gem Planet?
Gem Planet is a game where you match combos of gems within a grid.
It is described by the owners as a merging game, but if you have played anything like Candy Crush, it is a lot like that.
You have the gameplay, which is similar to many other games on the app store.
But you also have a reward store and a currency that users can attain as they play and use towards the in-app purchases.
Recently I have seen a rise in this concept, where instead of the familiar reward just being cash, app developers are moving towards popular games.
Especially with ones like Free Fire and Roblox being the current trend among mobile players right now.
Some of these apps consist of:
Same Characteristics Or Coincidence?
When you open up Gem Planet Merger, you are interestingly shown a loading up screen similar to a game made by another developer.
This game I linked to above which is called 2048 Cube Winner, shares the same styled thumbnail on loading.
This suggests that both developers are either run by the same people or use the same software to create their games and logos.
Or it could just be a coincidence, although I highly doubt it.
This isn’t exactly promising because the game that looks to be copied doesn’t pay either.
Its also just one of several features of Gem Planet, which are almost identical to ones in other games.
As the currency of diamonds is the same, so is the payout options.
So when I compare this to legitimate apps I recommend, they all offer something different.
In this case, it looks like there is one person behind all of these games that are trying to exploit thousands of people.
How Does Gem Planet Work?
So how this one works is you merge and combine gems to collect gold star coins and diamonds.
For each combo you achieve, you will get 1000 coins.
The coins are easy to attain, as making one move can result in several credits coming away, as other gems automatically merge.
However, the diamonds are more sought after, with you only getting these every couple of moves.
When you do get these, you will be shown a super prize message with typically a three-figure amount of diamonds added to your balance.
If you collect them, you get these added to your total amount.
How To Make Money With Gem Planet?
Each currency has its use and can be used in order to move towards redeeming payouts.
The diamonds are quite simple to understand.
If you get the required amount, you can redeem them.
Whereas for the coins, you can convert them into diamonds, which can then be used.
For the diamonds, you need at least 10000.
You can convert coins for gems when you get 1.2 million.
However, you only get 5 of them for the coins.
What You Need To Know About Gem Planet
1. Not To Be Trusted
These games have problems all over them, which, while maybe not every user sees straightaway, become quite apparent to some, including me.
First off, it is really hard to trust any developer who doesn’t have a name for themselves.
Sure, they may have an ad that says you can earn, and of course, there are rewards shown in-game.
But if you have no picture of the face of the owners, who are you really putting your faith into.
There is no background information with these, and with this game being very close to others I have tried, it doesn’t fill you with any confidence.
While I am yet to find anyone who has been from this game, I always recommend taking it with a pinch of salt.
Essentially if you are willing to put time into it, don’t be too disappointed if you don’t get anything at the end.
2. Another Early Access Game
Early access games always spell trouble because developers are always making games that are clearly finished up games in this release.
However, they use the early access card as a loophole so that users aren’t able to leave reviews.
Therefore, the game is on the app store, but unless you type it in or come from an advert, you won’t come across it.
So, therefore, these games kind of go undetected while the owners still exploit many users.
These games are great examples, as this one Gem Planet Merger has 1 million installs.
If I recall, a week ago, before writing this now, it was on 500k.
This means that despite being invisible on the app store, it has gained hundreds of thousands of installs.
If you wonder how they did it, it is from users, maybe like yourself, who have downloaded the game from an advert.
The developers are only exploiting a loophole that allows them to promote a fake earning app.
Conclusion
Gem Planet Merge is a game that isn’t worth playing since no proof or guarantee that you will get paid.
Users can easily get diamonds and coins that make you feel like you are making progress.
However, while there are some cool games that they are giving rewards to, no one will get these.
As the game will follow in the same order, likely as others in early access and with developers who aren’t there to be seen.
This is why over the past few years, I have only recommended apps and games that I have been paid for using.
Plus are established when it comes to paying out.
Most of these apps, like the one I have spoken about today, is just released within the past few weeks, so the chances of it paying are going to be very low.
So with that said, if you want to learn about the ones that do payout, this link will take you to all the ones I fully recommend.
