Welcome to my Five Figure Niche Site Review!
Chances are you are interested in building websites and bringing in passive income each month.
Well, from the first impressions, it does like Doug, and his course is going to offer that opportunity to you.
So while there are plenty of courses out there saying that it will help you earn money making websites, there are a number of them that are weak.
This post aims to explain what this course is, what it covers, and, most importantly, is it a good idea to invest your money in Doug?

Five Figure Niche Site Review Summary
Five Figure Niche Site is a course made by Doug Cunnington that he claims will help you make 5 figure income sites.
These sites are monetized using Amazon’s affiliate program, which means you will be partnering up with Amazon and earning with them.
Not only that it teaches you other ways how to earn with your website later on in the course.
With the different modules included, it will take you through the training step by step.
What Is The Five Figure Niche Site?
This is simply a course that will teach you how to make a website and then how to make money with it.
It’s a business model I recommend to users turning online to make money.
Simply because it’s an opportunity that doesn’t require any special skills, and if you have the patience to grow it, you can have an online asset worth thousands.
Most importantly, an income that is bringing in thousands of dollars each month.
What Is Doug Teaching?
Now onto the Dougs Five Figure Niche Site. The step by step blueprint that is shown on his website is exactly what he covers in it.
It only consists of a few points, so it’s quite short. However, that is a good thing since he tells you straight on what you will learn about.
What has included consists of:
1. Picking A Niche Using The Long Tail Keyword Approach
The best way to start a website isn’t to just go into it with no plan.
You can’t just grab a name like mylife.com and start writing content on it.
You can’t do this because you are unlikely to get anyone on your site.
So what Doug does, again exactly what I recommend, it teaches you how to pick a niche for you.
This is followed by how to research long-tail keywords.
Long-tail keywords are basically keywords with low competition, so targeting these will help you get people to your site more easily and help you earn money by promoting Amazon.
2. Analyzing Competition
An important aspect of building any website is to look at what other people are doing.
It’s about seeing what’s out there and making it 2x better.
In Doug’s Five Figure Niche, you are taught how to do this without needing to buy details.
You will be surprised how much intel you can gain without buying tools like Semrush, which, in my opinion, is a money sink.
3. Getting Backlinks The Ethical Way
A big part of building a website is building backlinks the right and proper way.
Not doing this the right way or cheating the system could mess you up.
Better still, you could lose your whole website.
So with this section, Doug teaches you how to do while playing by the rules.
Along with this, you have his step by step system, which consists of lessons that you will go over several weeks.
About The Owners
Well, that’s all well and good, but who is the person behind the course.
Like I mentioned at the start, his name is Doug Cunnington, and he is the man behind the whole operation.
The whole reason he started his course is that he found what works and wants to share it.
To be fair, you will hear that by most business course creators, especially the scammers.
However, the training he teaches is something I can vouch for since I follow the same concept with my websites.
The only difference is that I use other affiliate companies and haven’t made a website targeting Amazon products yet.
I know it works since many people utilize Amazon’s vast catalogue of products to make commissions.
So if you were to follow Doug, you could essentially choose any passion of yours when making your website and be able to make a living out of it.
Next In this Five Figure Niche Site review I will go through some aspects you need to know about before buying it.
What Do You Need To Know
1. Committed Subscription Course
Unlike your typical subscription course, where you pay a fee and get access to all the contents.
This one does work a little differently.
That is because each lesson is enrolled to you on a week by week basis.
In this case, you start with what is an intro to Affiliate Marketing, and then once you get to week 12, you will be learning about building a list.
Everything else is covered in between, and to summarise, this includes:
- Affiliate Marketing
- Monitoring trends and competition
- Picking A Niche
- Content Creation
- Signing up to Amazon’s Associate Program (the affiliate program that will allow you to start earning commissions!)
- Building natural links
- Growing an email list
Now just looking at the list, what is covered seems pretty good.
If someone was to come up to me and ask about what creating a website entails, that would be it.
Of course, there are a few other aspects to it, which Doug does also talk about.
But learning each of them is all you need to make money with a website.
Now you may be thinking, why won’t Doug allow me to just get on with it.
Because if you can complete his course within a month, you theoretically save money, right?
Yes, however, there are quite a lot of topics he talks about, and if you rush, which I suspect a lot of people do then, you may be overwhelmed.
Completing a certain amount of lessons a week is a good pace to go at it and help you retain all the information and put it into action by the next week.
2. $690 For The Duration
The monthly subscription is ‘okay’ priced at $69.
It is fair for what you get in return. However, I do know of a better alternative that is half the price to get started.
Now even though it is priced at $69 a month, you are looking at just under $700 for all the weeks.
That is the minimum amount you will need to spend to get your hands on the basics Doug has to offer.
If you aren’t a beginner or just want even more from him, then you can opt for his slightly higher-priced plans.
These range from $129-$227 a month.
Again you are receiving lessons each week, so you are looking at about a grand or two for all ten months.
It would be good if, like my #1 recommendation, there was some free trial or just something so you can get a feel of it.
One thing I have learned is affiliate marketing isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but unfortunately, there isn’t an option to try it out.
3. Great Feedback Thus Far
I tried to find some bad reviews for the course, let us face it, there is normally one for any program.
However, I was surprised to find that almost all the reviews I found were pointing in the direction that the course is great.
A lot of people are recommending it, and you can see why, because it is a simple step by step guide.
For example here is a screenshot of someone’s earnings who have taken the course:
When you hear of other people having success with the Five Figure Niche course, it feels you with confidence that your money is well spent.
However, mentioning the money, it’s the aspect that is the questionable aspect of the course.
I think the monthly fee is a little misleading because it looks like that’s all you need to spend to get started.
But really, you will need several hundreds of dollars to properly invest in this.
Now, of course, you might earn money before you finish the course; it’s a possibility if you take what’s being taught and implement it.
However, it’s definitely not going to be dirt cheap to get started. Which is something I expected anyway after seeing Doug’s results.
What I Liked About Five Figure Niche
1. Realistic Time Frame
Now hear me out. I know I just said I wasn’t too keen on the monthly price.
It’s not too expensive it just gives people the wrong idea in terms of price for the entire course.
However, having said that, I do think the 10-month time span is realistic.
When I first started building a website, which was a few years ago now, it could take me around 8-12 months to make a dollar.
I was new at this time and admittedly did some things wrong, which is why It took me so long to make money.
But even then, if someone was to start a website today, I would say don’t expect decent results for at least a year.
So the fact that when you join, you are basically committing yourself for 10 months means once you get to the end, you should see some money coming in.
This, of course, depends on a few factors, such as how hard you work plus your consistency.
But generally speaking, the time frame gives you ample time to build your website and have it in a position where you are earning.
It is also very similar to a course called Fimp I have also reviewed, as they also teach you how to build niche sites and have the same time frames.
2. Made By Someone With Pedigree
I have seen a lot of courses where it’s clear the owners have made money not through what they teach but through selling the course.
It’s that fake it till you make it, and it’s common in the internet marketing niche.
That is why I always recommend doing research on courses, so you know what you’re getting into.
Now the good news is that not only has Doug shared proof of earnings.
But there are many people sharing their income screenshots from completing the course.
What I have read and seen online gives me confidence that you’re in the right hands with Doug.
What I Wasn’t Keen On With Five Figure Niche
I found it hard to find faults, but ultimately, I ended up with two issues that could be improved.
Both of which are intertwined, this being the cost and the lack of free trial.
As I mentioned briefly earlier, having a free trial is key.
It gives people a taste of something before they buy it.
Basically, try before you buy.
Now I do think the course is great, and that what’s being provided can help someone earn.
But it doesn’t mean it’s for everyone.
The program I recommend, which I will talk about later, teaches the same topic.
It is also cheaper and gives you all the courses so you can go through at your own pace.
Oh, and you can also try it for free, which is why I recommend it over Five Figure Niche.
Conclusion
There isn’t a doubt about it that Five Figure Niche is legit.
It is a great course created by someone who is genuine and wants to help you earn money just like him.
So its more than possible to make money by following his blueprint.
Results aren’t guaranteed just by paying the monthly price.
You need to work hard just like with any business, and you have to take action throughout the weeks.
But all in all, I do like the look of what I see, and if you follow it one step at a time, you should be able to earn money.
How I Earn Money Full-Time
The business model of affiliate marketing has been around for years.
However, there is no better time than ever to get involved in it.
You have more people using the internet than ever to make purchases, which means you have an even greater earning potential.
I use this program called Wealthy Affiliate, which I owe a lot to because if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be here now.
They showed me exactly how to make a passive income each month by monetizing various websites.
In fact, here are some of the stats for one of the niche sites I am working on at the moment:
Now, if the above screenshot is just from one site, what I could do is rinse and repeat the process using this training to grow that income.
The sky is your limit, and you can achieve these same results too!
