There is an abundance of ways to make money. However, not every way is quick.
For instance, one way that won’t be on this list is getting a part-time job as they tend to pay on a monthly basis.
Now whether you are a University student looking to raise some money or just someone in Ireland who wants to buy some V-Bucks, this post is going to show some efficient ways to raise cash fast.
Table of Contents
1. Completing Surveys
Back when I was a late teen, one of the first things I turned to was completing surveys.
For the most part, it did the job; I would log on to some sites each day, go through some of the available studies, and get paid that same day.
I loved it as it was quick to cash and didn’t require much work to earn it.
This is an opportunity for people of all ages as there are sites that accommodate for different demographics.
It’s just a matter of testing as many sites as possible, one to find ones you like but two to get access to as many surveys as you can.
From trying dozens of survey sites over the years, I have found that you can get €3 per survey you do.
Which isn’t too bad considering all your doing is giving your opinions in surveys.
If this is something you are interested in, you can check out my favorite survey site, Swagbucks, which is one of the most popular survey sites worldwide is offers a lot for people from Ireland.
On top of that, new users get a €3 bonus for new users (that’s if you sign up through my link above!).
Alongside them, you can also have a look at this list that includes more of my go-to survey sites, which consist of others I recommend.
2. Completing MicroTasks
Onto the next way to make money, it’s by completing simple microtasks.
A good example of a site that offers this is Amazon Mechanical Turk.
You can get paid to do simple HIT’s which stand for human intelligence tasks.
These are tasks that computers are unable to do at this time.
This can consist of categorizing, transcribing, reviewing, surveys, and more.
One thing to bear in mind is that these don’t pay amazing; however, because there is an abundance of tasks, there is potential to make some money.
Amazon isn’t the own site with crowdfunding opportunities, as there are others you can combine to increase your earning potential.
3. Virtual Assistant
Another way to make quick money in Ireland is by becoming a virtual assistant.
This one can suit many people as this role can be done from home, as you will be performing tasks on someone’s behalf.
That could be replying to emails, sorting out calendars, presentations.
But what is great about this is its simple to do, and as long as you have basic communication skills, it’s something you can give a try.
You are probably wondering how I can get a Virtual Assistant job, well, there are sites that make it easy for you to get one.
Sites like Fiverr and Upwork are great freelancing platforms that you can use since there are so many people looking to hire people to do things for them, including being a VA.
While you are on these freelance websites, you could also have a browse around to see if there are any other services you can offer.
4. GPT Sites
GPT stands for Get-Paid To sites, which has its sounds, offers opportunities for you to get paid to do various things.
These and survey sites can often be placed in the same bracket, as you will often find surveys on these as a way to earn.
Not only the way they payout and how they do is also very similar.
With that said its another way to make quick money from Ireland.
From trying Get-Paid To sites, I have found you can do anything from watching videos to getting paid to listen to music.
It can be very useful if you want to earn some easy cash, as these tasks are so simple that anyone can do them.
Here I have made a list of GPT sites that you can check out.
5. Testing Websites
If you find yourself browsing the web a lot, then why not get paid to it.
For the 5th way to make quick money in Ireland I present to you the opportunity of testing websites.
There are testing websites that pay people to try out sites and give their thoughts.
Its also very easy to get started with, as long as you have a computer ready you do not need to invest any money.
You only need to sign up as you don’t need any special skills.
Depending on the sites you use, this can payout nicely. On average you can 10 euros per test.
Sites like UserCrowd and Ping Pong pay as much as 100 euros for each website you test.
Feel free to give them two a try, as they are ones I have reviewed and recommend.
6. Promoting Affiliate Offers
If you have a social media audience or even some friends that you know shop online a lot.
Then what you could be doing is benefiting from affiliate offers.
A lot of companies use affiliate marketing to encourage people to promote their products and drive more sales to their businesses.
In 2020 Affiliate Marketing is to count for around 15% of all digital sales.
While it seems like a small amount, it’s actually huge, as this type of marketing is worth over 12 billion dollars.
How it works is if you sign up to a company, let’s say in this instance, Nike, who does have an affiliate program.
You could give your friend who is planning to buy items from the store your link.
Because that person clicked on your link and you referred them, you will then get a percentage of the amount they spend.
They spend 200 euros, for example, if you get a 10 percent cut that’s an easy 20 euros for you.
What’s also good is if you know people who do frequent shops at certain stores you can start earning passive income too.

7. Making Money Apps
I often touch review apps that offer a way for you to earn on my website, and I will be honest; a lot of them are rubbish.
So I wouldn’t recommend any of them to you.
However, that doesn’t mean that all the apps on the market are bad, as there are some that I use in my daily life to make money here and there.
Some of them are useful and offer some great ways for you to earn from your mobile device.
If you sat on your couch just browsing social media or surfing the internet, you could use your time better by using an app that helps you earn.
You can get paid to do short multiple-choice surveys, watch videos, and more.
It’s similar to a GPT site but just on your phone.
If you type in the making money apps, dozens should come up, but as I said, lots aren’t great, so I have gone ahead and made a list of apps that I do recommend.
That way, it saves you the time.
Now lets move on to the final way to make quick money in Ireland of this list.
8. Paper Round
This is a way to make quick money that you may not have thought of at first as it is out of the box
This is getting a paper round.
As long as you are near a newsagent which I can only imagine there are plenty in Ireland then getting a paper round is another way to get money.
What I like about a paper round is that unlike a job, you get paid after you have delivered all the papers instead of at the end of the month.
So if you need some extra cash, this is a viable option.
As long as the shop is looking for people to hand out papers, you can often go in and get the job that same week.
Conclusion
Well, there you have it, if you are strapped for cash, there are seven ways for you to make quick cash in Ireland.
All the ways I have mentioned in this list are things I have done in the past and made money with.
This includes even doing a weekly paper round.
Now because there is more than one option on the list, it means you can give them all a try and see which ones work for you.
You may even start enjoying a few of them and start bringing in a passive income.
If there are any ways of making money in Ireland that isn’t time-consuming that you recommend or I have missed out then do let me know as I will add it to the list.
